Expert PODE reports without the usual friction

Supporting divorce professionals to simplify pension complexity

Divorce is stressful enough for your clients

We launched the PODE because we kept hearing the same things from divorce professionals. PODE reports…

  • Have onerously long turnaround times leading to delay

  • Are often inaccessible to clients, necessitating further interpretation

  • Are delivered in a transactional, rather than collaborative manner

  • Seem disconnected from the wider emotional reality of divorce

Other Divorce Professionals are saying…

  • This is the clearest and most readable PODE report I've ever seen. I also really appreciated the updates and commincation I received on what was quite a time sensitive matter. I actually had the report back within 8 working days.

    — Family Lawyer - March 2026

  • Your service is very refreshing. The quality of the report I received was exceptional. Yet atypically accessible for a complex Civil Service pension, which actually negated the need for me to spend additional time explaining the report to my client.

    — Family Lawyer - Feb 2026

  • Over the years I've often been waiting 6 months + for a PODE Report. These guys seem relentless in their pursuit of the required pension information which I valued and the 10 day turnaround on the report writing was first class. You have a convert.

    — Solicitor - March 2026

How it works in practice

  • Our costs are fixed but if you need a fee estimate to go on file or to present alongside other proposed providers, do so by….(complete)

  • Send your letter of instruction to professionals@thepode.co.uk. We will review this within 2 working days

  • You’ll get a checklist of the documents we need to get started. We check received docs daily so we can come back to you quickly if there are any gaps.

  • We take payment on account of £475 plus VAT per ‘side’ for all work. We are happy that this be paid by one side or both sides separately (do we want to say this - for impartiality it’s ideally 50-50?)

This enables us to commence work on your case.

The balance is due when the report is ready to be written.

  • Once we have gathered all required info from providers you can expect to receive your client’s PODE report within 10 working days.

  • Have questions or need clarification? Our professional connections receive unlimited telephone or email based support, as well as insights and technical assistance.

We can also assist with pension share implementation once the PSO has been finalised.
