We’ll get your report back to you within 10 working days but providers can really slow things down. The sooner you instruct us, the sooner we can get things moving.

Do you know what type of report you need?
Either a Full PODE report, or a PODE Lite report, depending on the complexity of your pensions and whether or not you are likely to go to court.
If you’ve taken our ‘Do I need a PODE report’ assessment you’ll know which report best suits your clients needs. If you don’t know, take our assessment to find out. It takes just a few minutes.
Are you clear on costs?
Our pricing is simple. We charge a fixed fee as follows:
A Full PODE report is £1,225+VAT per person (£2,450+VAT total) - Paid in two instalments
A PODE Lite report is £475+VAT per person (£950+VAT total) - Payable in full at the outset

Do both parties agree to work with us?
Legally we can’t get started until both sides accept our Terms of Engagement.
We cannot proceed without written agreement from both of you, so this is a crucial initial step in the process.
The final step: formally instruct us
You can send us your instruction letter to professionals@thepode.co.uk or complete this simple form.
When completed you will receive an automated email to confirm the next steps.
Your client will need to sign their letter of authorities directly but the other tasks can be done by you on their behalf.
An invoice for initial payment will also be sent to you separately.
